Four Oaks, N.C. — A Four Oaks woman died Tuesday after being struck by a car.
The State Highway Patrol said Donna Baker, 23, of 1505 Elevation Road, was walking on Old School Road, about three miles outside of Four Oaks.
Baker was struck from behind by a car driven by 25-year-old Randy Stanely, also of Four Oaks, police said.
Baker was taken to Duke Medical where she died.
At the time, Baker was walking with her fiancé Michael Beaver and their 13-month-old baby. Beaver suffered minor injuries. The baby was not injured.

No charges have been filed in the incident.
