Man Dies after Falling from Cellular Tower

A 34-year old Oklahoma man died Saturday after falling from a cellular tower in Wake Forest.

Charles Wade Lupton, of Midwest City, died from injuries after falling about 150 feet at 11156 Capital Boulevard. Lupton was with a co-worker at the time of the accident.

Lupton was employed by MJM Group LLC of Franklin, Tenn.

The exact cause of the incident is under investigation.

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration is also investigating.
