Tickets are available for a possible Raleigh debate between Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

The North Carolina Democratic Party has invited both candidates to take part in an April 27 debate at the RBC Center. CBS News has agreed to moderate and televise the 90-minute debate.

People can apply for a random drawing for tickets at www.ncdp.org.

“With 134 delegates at stake, North Carolina is an important state in the Democratic presidential primary,” state Democratic Party Chairman Jerry Meek said in a statement. “We’re getting deluged with phone calls and e-mails from North Carolinians who want to hear both candidates discuss issues critical to our state.”

Clinton has agreed to take part in the debate. Obama has yet to agree to the date after previously proposing an April 19 debate.

"We are confident that Sen. Obama will agree to the debate," Kerra Bolton, a spokeswoman for the state Democratic Party said.

i dont have to worry any golo members trying to get tickets. lol lol

jf, I don't see anywhere that the tickets cost anything. I wouldn't doubt that they do, but still.

Ha! You called a couple of politicians "liars"! I wonder if Jay Leno is hiring...

how STUPID to release tickets to something that IS NOT going to happen. He's not going to debate the socialist Clinton again, because THERE IS NO POINT!!!
