Raleigh, N.C. — Police continued Saturday to look for suspects in the Friday night shooting of a Raleigh store clerk during an attempted robbery.
The clerk, whose name has not been released, was taken to WakeMed with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
Police responded to the shooting the Tienda Hispana el Diamante at 1412 New Bern Ave., shortly after 9 p.m.
Two assailants fled in a black vehicle. Police have not provided a description of what they looked like.
