Fayetteville Bank Robbery Has Religious Connection

A woman dressed in typical Muslim garb robbed the RBC Centura bank in Fayetteville around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to police. 

The suspect, wearing a veil and head covering, entered the banch at at 2897 Village Drive, and handed a note to the teller that read, “They have my children. Give me all your money.”

She then fled with an undisclosed amount of money in a red Jeep.

According to police, the suspect is 5’5” with a thin build, fair complexion and blue eyes. They have no indication that her claim about children is true.
