DM919: Wouldn't the police be able to find out whose phone account it was that they used your credit card to pay?

How is this news? People's credit cards get stolen all the time. Mine got used to pay someone's cell phone bill in January. Cary police haven't made any arrests, but I imagine it was a waiter/waitress at a local restaurant we frequent.

My guess is he's a local college student. Most college students and fresh out of college young adults wear that particular jacket.
