Goldsboro Police caught a dognapper and returned a stolen dog to the East Wayne Veterinary Clinic Sunday.
Matthew Lee Johnson, of Goldsboro, is charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, larceny of a dog and possession of stolen goods.
The dog was returned unharmed and Johnson is the one in a cage, at the Wayne County Jail under an $11,000 secured bond.
