Fayetteville, N.C. — For the third time in less than a year, state examiners found problems during a surprise inspection of the nursing program at Fayetteville State University.
The inspection, conducted Feb. 5, found the program materials did not adequately and accurately describe the course offerings and that classes exceeded maximum student-teacher ratios.
The program will remain on "warning status," which means the state could shut it down if the problems are not remedied.
