Jackson, of 634 Hickory View Court, surrendered to the Sheriff’s Office late Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with second-degree sex offense, first-degree burglary and common law robbery.
Investigators say the victim's 2-year-old child was present when, they charged, Jackson robbed and sexually assaulted the woman in her home Feb. 3.
Deputies placed Jackson in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $60,000 secured bond. A first court appearance was scheduled Wednesday.

Anyone who sexually assaults a parent in front of their own children deserves more.
Praying for his victim and her children.
God bless.
