Raleigh, N.C. — A Wake Forest man was charged with DWI and careless/reckless driving early Wednesday.
Jason Heath Fornes, 34, was driving about 75 mph on Interstate 540 when he either passed out or fell asleep, authorities said.
He drifted to the left side of the road, hit a cable divider and sheared two of his tires. His vehicle flipped, traveled 200 feet on its roof and came to rest in the median, authorities said.
Debris from Fornes’ vehicle hit an SUV traveling east, causing minimal damage to the SUV.
Fornes’ blood alcohol content was .20, authorities said. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 28.

Perhaps for the person who acted in this way but not his family. Why should they be faced with that on top of everything else. I think the point that was being made is that this happens everyday, everywhere and doesn't make the headlines. Why this time? And also why are we even able to comment?????
