DUI's need to be prosecuted as a violent crime, with jail time, 1st offense.

First a bus driver......now Maryann from Gilligans Island. What's this world coming to?

I noticed someone said this " was she driving a bus at the time ", It's poor thinking like that that makes me drive my kid to and from school.I choose not to allow my kids to be at the mercy someone that used poor thinking to affect his life !

It's poor judgment from posters like this that get rumors started. If you had read the story, the woman was arrested at 11:35 PM Not many children I know go to school at 11 PM.

Read the story before acting holier than thou.

hondaman....I concur with you but you have to realize who the powers are to be. The enforcers of the law needs to be monitored by the citizens somehow. HP's drinking and driving and get just a slap on the wrist if anything. But just when I have expired tags, no insurance, fictitious license plate they want to give me a ticket and when I miss my court date they send the cops to arrest me. The justice system is really screwd up.
