Anthony McSwain, 33, of 1144 Merry Maple Lane, was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the Dec. 17 wreck.
Police said McSwain's Toyota Camry crossed the center line of Skibo Road and collided head-on with a Hyundai Elantra driven by Clarice V. Black. Black, 30, and Harland Arthur Lewis, 44, both of 6512 Sudbury Drive, were killed in the wreck.
