Raleigh, N.C. — City inspectors in Raleigh set out Monday to knock on the doors of offices, hotels and fitness centers to see if they've installed low-flow water devices.
City leaders asked all customers to voluntarily install the devices by March 1.
If the door-to-door survey shows many businesses are not going along, installation could become mandatory.
