Raleigh, N.C. — North Carolina State University tested the WolfAlert Audible Warning System at noon Monday. The system includes voice- and tone-enabled towers located throughout the campus and is intended to be used to warn campus of emergency situations.
The test , which lasted about 10 minutes, was a success, according to school officials.
