Cumberland County detectives were seeking a suspect and two persons of interest in an alleged sexual assault and home invasion.

Andre Gregory Jackson, 18, of 634 Hickory View Court, kicked in the front door of a woman's house off Elk Road on Feb. 3, investigators said. He then robbed and sexually assualted the woman while her 2-year-old child was present.

Investigators believe that Jackson stalked his victim before attacking her.

Jackson faces second-degree sexual offense charges and one count of first-degree burglary.

Jackson is known to frequent the Hope Mills area with two friends: Jason Antwan Miles, 18, and Anthony Wayne Carson, 19, both of 5516 Shady Pine Court in Hope Mills.

Detectives want to question Miles and Carson about this case.

Deputies warned that Jackson is considered extremely dangerous and urged people not to approach him or allow him into their homes.

Anyone who knows about Jackson’s whereabouts is urged to call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at 910-323-1500.

People need to wake up and be aware of what is happening in this country. More and more people are becoming desperate and very dangerous to others, this is why people need to exercise their right to bear arms and be ready for lies ahead. Odds are against us and it is likely we will fall victim to an crime of some kind and people should not rely on the justice system becuase it will more than likely fail you. I welcome anyone with guts to try to come in my house because there is justice waiting for them. I hope they catch these guys and someone does the same to them.

throw him UNDER the jail!

Lock all three up and throw away the key. How in the world could anyone do what these three did.And in front of a 2-year old. People like that have no respect for anyone

What goes around, comes around and these guys will get what's due to them.

This just sickens me - God speed to the victim, her child and the family involved.

His mug shot may not do him justice, but he looks like a thug. And I am guessing that he has a prior record since there IS a mug shot of him on file. And to think he did his dirty deed in the presence of a child...pathetic. Lock him up and throw away the key.
