Matthew Black, 17, of 431 Front Street in Vass, Nc, was arrested Feb. 28 for stealing lottery tickets and cigarettes from a Lakeview convenience store.
Black faces charges of felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods. He is being held at the Moore County Detention Center on a $30,000 secured bond.
