Vass, N.C. — Moore County Sheriff's deputies have arrested Raul Loza Rodriguez, 33, of 113 Richfield Ct. in Vass, NC, for a March 1 burglary.
Rodriguez is being held at the Moore County Detention Center on a $40,000 secured bond. He is charged with first degree burglary, sexual battery and misdemeanor larceny.
Investigators expect more arrests to be made in this case.
