Det. Tyree Davis of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office marked Valentine's Day by arresting William Joseph “Billy” Love, Leonard Martin Love Jr., and Jason Arron Wallace, all of the Roanoke Rapids area, for felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony conspiracy.
The three allegedly broke into a residence on Highway 301 in Halifax while the homeowner was at work and took items including an 18-volt Dewalt combo set, a leaf blower, a crystal jar and jewelry.
Each man faces a $20,000 secured bond. A court date is set for March 19, 2008.
