Durham, N.C. — Police identified a man they believe shot and wounded another man shortly after midnight Thursday.
Police believe that Marquais Holman, 22, of 812 Fletcher Chapel Road, shot a 20-year-old man near 307 N. Guthrie St. around 12:30 a.m.
The victim was transported to Duke University Hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.
Holman was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting serious injury.
