Cary, N.C. — An apartment fire left one person injured in Cary Thursday afternoon, police said.
A fire broke out in apartment building at 106 Northington Place shortly after 3 p.m., authorities said.
When firefighters arrived, they found an unconscious person inside the apartment. He was taken to the burn center at UNC Hospital.
Firefighters quickly got the blaze under control and contained it to one unit, authorities said.
The cause of the fire was unknown.
