Raleigh, N.C. — Jose Kunda, 58, of Raleigh, is being held on $2 million bond for sexually-related crimes against a minor.
Kunda is charged with two charges of indecent liberties, four charges of statuatory rape and three charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

With that said....gross! It's a shame that when you look to buy a house you have to make sure that nasty people who prey on children don't live around you b/c they do come in all shapes, sizes, colors and wealth. It just blows my mind!
