Jimmy Ray McArthur, 19, of 2067 Pineview Cemetary Road, Seven Springs, is being held on $100,000 bond for the alleged sexual assault of a 12-year-old female in Wayne County.
The crime is alleged to have occurred in January, and McArthur was taken into custody Jan. 28. He faces two counts of felony indecent liberties with a minor.
