Twelve counts with a 13-year old and he walks???

Obviously it wasn't the judge's child.

Praying for the child.

God bless.

Rev. RB

Hopefully the GPS will keep him from acting again. Like this guy did after a plea deal. 9 years later he rapes and murders.

Plea bargain kept sexual assault off suspect's record http://www.newsobserver.com/news/story/952059.html

the child probably didn't want to testify. they probably had to take the plea. It would be hard to force your 13 year old to get on the stand in front of people and describe what happened. You might want to, in order to protect other children in the future. But mostly people care about the welfare of their child first.

What, was 12 counts not enough to give him a prison sentence? Maybe next time (and there will be a next time) he'll go over the magic number of counts and they'll lock him up!

Here we go again. A slap on the wrist. Free to offend again at will only now they'll know where he is when he's doing it. I can't believe this!!! Lock him up, lock him up for the rest of his life!!! He's not even on the sex offender registry!!! The chances are good there have been others that haven't come forward and the chances are even better there will be more!!!
