Marlo Ewing Price, 26, of Weldon, was arrested for attempting to sell marijuana Tuesday, according to the Halifax County sheriff’s office.
The sheriff's office worked with agents State Bureau of Investigations to bust Price on charges of:
- possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana
- selling marijuana
- delivering marijuana
- maintaining a vehicle for controlled substances
- and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Price was confined to the Halifax County jail under a $2,000 secured bond. A court date was set for March 28.
