Harnett — Two Harnett County men were charged with possession of drugs with the intention of sale Friday.
Markus Elliott was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held on $10,000 bond in the Harnett County Detention Center.
Filipe Savoury was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana. He was released on $15,000 bond.
