babyluv...please just be realistic. The stats dont lie reg. crime and incarceration rates of ages, and races. I don't know the answer, but I have a good guess on the reasons.

I'd like to see the statistics on those who commit shootings or other crimes under the age of 25. If they are from single parent households? If so were they raised by a Mother or Father? Was the absent parent from the home involved on a regular basis in the criminals life as a child? What percent were raised by someone other than a biological Mom or Dad, ie; Grandparent(s), aunt, friend's parent(s), etc...or if they were wards of the state? I'd also like to see the stats on the percent of criminals under the age of 25 who have graduated from high school. If our society is going to address these and other issues, we need to take a tougher stand on crime.

EXCUSE ME there is nothing ignorant about Prayer...what in the world ....thats why this world is in the mess its in now. No one has to come up w/a solution on its own....Would your solution solve the worlds crime...gandalf?

This is a terrible incident which has taken those who know the victims by surprise and a prayer for each victims for recovery & their families. This was an unfortunate thing that has happened and when will our young people learn that crime does not pay and they too are not invincible....death comes in all colors...races....sizes, any neighborhoods etc...Stop the all hating...this is not mine or your world....this earth belongs to GOD our creator...What is the reason behind GANGS & territory....we all know this was gang related...STOP IT, STOP IT NOW!!! We are killing our own communities
