Site SearchRaleigh, N.C. — Where are the hottest home-buying areas in Wake County? WRAL looked at sales data for December to see what ZIP codes topped the list.
ZIP 27610 in eastern Wake County had the most homes sold last month – 124. That area was fueled in part by growth near U.S. Highway 64.
Second place finisher was ZIP 27604, which had 81 homes sold.
Two ZIP codes tied for third place, 27502 and 27501, Apex and Angier, respectively. Each had 75 homes sold.
In the northern part of the county, ZIP 27587, came in next with 74 homes sold. That area was spurred by growth in Wake Forest.
