Fayetteville, N.C. — Assault charges against a Fayetteville lawyer and his wife were dismissed Tuesday.
Attorney D. Wayne Bray Jr. and his wife, Dollie Bray, were arrested in October after a domestic dispute at their home and were each charged with misdemeanor assault.
A Pitt County judge brought in to hear the case dismissed the charges. It was unclear whether the couple had reconciled.
