D. Wayne Bray, Fayetteville lawyer charged with assault

Assault charges against a Fayetteville lawyer and his wife were dismissed Tuesday.

Attorney D. Wayne Bray Jr. and his wife, Dollie Bray, were arrested in October after a domestic dispute at their home and were each charged with misdemeanor assault.

A Pitt County judge brought in to hear the case dismissed the charges. It was unclear whether the couple had reconciled.

If, at the end of the day, this is what you and your partner have done to each other, I beg of you, DO NOT RECONCILE!

Just having these pictures put on the internet is pretty bad punishment!!! I can't believe the looks of these two!!!

Well, obviously they both talked back! That was a bad joke, I really don't find DV funny. But, apparently the Courts don't take much consideration for how serious of an issue it is. I have heard it is a progressing thing, and I am sure the next time will be worse. We'll probably read about them again. Hopefully, I am wrong.

Is he wearing mascara?

Another Judge who doesn't take DV seriously.
