Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man faces charges in connection with four sex crimes, including one from 1984.
Percy Smith, 59, whose last known address was North King Charles Road, faces one count of statutory rape and three counts of indecent liberties with minors.
Investigators said one of the alleged crimes involving a 15-year-old girl happened in 1984. The other cases involve a girl, approximately 11 to 13 years old, in the late 1990s and a young boy, approximately 10 to 12 years old, sometime between 2004 and 2007.
Smith was in the Wake County Jail under a $1 million bond Thursday.
