Raleigh, N.C. — For the first time in more than a decade, a new adult club is coming to Raleigh.
A businessman is moving forward with plans to open a topless bar, The Runway, on Mount Herman Road near RDU International Airport.
The plan was on hold for years, mainly because of complaints from local businesses and zoning issues. The club could open by 2009.
