Site SearchCreedmoor, N.C. — A funeral service was held Wednesday for two sisters killed after a police chase through Franklin and Granville counties.
Linsay Lunsford, 18, and her 9-year-old sister, Maggie, died Saturday when their car was struck head-on by another vehicle that crossed the center line.
The service took place at Mount Energy Elementary School in Creedmoor, beginning at 7 p.m.
Friends and family gathered Tuesday for a visitation in Oxford. The family will have a private service Thursday.
