Kenly, N.C. — Police said alcohol was a factor in a single-vehicle accident in Johnston County Saturday night.
Troopers said Jonathan Stuckey, 27, was driving three passengers in a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pick-up truck near Kenly.
At about 11:30 p.m., he came around a curve along Hickory Crossroads Road and went off the road; the pick-up truck overturned.
Two passengers were transported to Duke University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Stuckey was taken to Johnston Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A fourth passenger was treated on the scene.
Stuckey was later charged with DWI and reckless driving.
