Site SearchApex, N.C. — A wanted woman surrendered to police after seeing herself on WRAL last week.
Apex police were searching for Kristal Hill, 37. She was accused of targeting small businesses in an advertising scam.
Investigators said she turned herself in to authorities after seeing a story about herself on WRAL. Since then, police said, several other victims have stepped forward across the state.
