Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man is in jail being held on charges of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl.
Ramon Lopez Manzanares, of Raleigh, is charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor and statutory sexual offense with a minor.
Investigators said he abused the girl in August.
Manzanares is being held in the Wake County jail on a $1 million bond.
