More Sex-Crime Charges Filed Against Fayetteville Man

e-mail print friendly

Dozens of sex-crime charges were filed Friday against a Fayetteville man who was charged in May with raping a 10-year-old girl.

Daniel Buczkowski, 51, of 2546 Muriel Drive, was charged two months ago with first-degree forcible rape, first-degree forcible sexual offense and taking indecent liberties with a minor. Investigators said he boasted about his relationship with a 10-year old girl.

Sixty felony charges were filed Friday against Buczkowski after investigators found dozens of images on a home computer of underage children engaging in sex acts, authorities said.

He faces 30 counts each of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $600,000 secured bond.

Buczkowski is expected to appear in court Monday.

while lampagenda is being sarcastic, he/she is making a good point. While the liberals are trying to push thru the hate crime bill and create an acceptance of homosexuals, the doors are being opened to protect men like this. Ever heard the old saying watch what you ask for.... you just might get it?

hmm, moose, stoning isn't a bad idea either. Stones are free and everyone in the victim's family can get a chance to cast a few. I like the way you think

I am thinking (HOPING) that Lampagenda was being sarcastic.

Castration will NOT stop molestation!

floyd_lawson - I dull butter knife would even be better.
