OH my post wasn't so bad.

Durham is an All America city.....what is that supposed to mean?

Many people are confused over this "It is a trust thing" No Officer are with these inmates during there work release programs. They are dropped of and then retuned by another officer. No one officer can stay there to watch them every minute. there are not enough of these officers to be with them. That is why the inmates have to work their trust. We all know that these inmates arent in there for singing to loud in church, but they are trying or have worked to get to that point. And there are inmates working everywhere, in just about every place you go. There are even inmates that can go home on the weekends as long as they are back by the unit by a certian time. It is a long process and it really gets aggrivating.

believer - I suspect they were both, johns and prostitutes.

Some scary looking folks on that website.
