Boggess Murder Trial Expected to Wrap Up Next Week

e-mail print friendly

A Durham murder trial that dates back more than a decade is expected to wrap up next week.

Todd Boggess is charged with killing Wilmington honor student Danny Pence in 1995.

Boggess was later convicted and sentenced to die, but that conviction was overturned on a technicality.

The prosecution already rested, and defense lawyers have started laying out their case.

This scum is going ot get life instead of death. That means he gets to have a life in population with too many "luxuries". As much as I hate criminals I hope to God this clown gets so abused in prison he wishes he would go back to death row where he belongs. I'm sickened for the victims family in this case that they for one have to re-live this nightmare then the worst that could happen is this garbage get's a better deal. Our justice system has to get tougher.
