Durham, N.C. — A Durham murder trial that dates back more than a decade is expected to wrap up next week.
Todd Boggess is charged with killing Wilmington honor student Danny Pence in 1995.
Boggess was later convicted and sentenced to die, but that conviction was overturned on a technicality.
The prosecution already rested, and defense lawyers have started laying out their case.
