Apex, N.C. — Friday is the deadline for an Apex man who owns dozens of sheep to turn in repair plans and estimates for his home.
In April, the town of Apex condemned David Watts' house after they confiscated the sheep.
According to his attorney, Watts started some minor repairs on his own. They include repairs to the ceiling and roof as well as replacing leaky pipes.
