Cumberland County sheriff’s detectives have arrested a 20-year-old Fayetteville woman and charged her with stealing her mother’s debit card.

Taminka Bonner, of 7105 Hunters Point Drive, used the card to wire money to her boyfriend in Wilson, according to the sheriff's office.

Between July 16 and Aug.  20, Bonner stole $2,800 from her mother’s bank account via her computer. Bonner told detectives she wrote down the debit card number and expiration date to process 34 transactions, detectives said.

She was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond and was expected to make a first court appearance on Monday.

Now this is a hot mess. How are you going to steal your mother's money to send to some dead beat guy. I hope your mother leaves your tail in that jail house. You should not steal from anyone but especially from the person that gave you life.

Why work when stealing is so much easier, and who better than from your own mother??? What a piece of work.

That picture just screams innocent, doesn't it? Wow...

Disgraceful, to say the least.
