Raeford, N.C. — One of three men wanted in connection with the shooting death of a Raeford man at a private club turned himself in Thursday, the Hoke County Sheriff's Office said.
Antonio Jamal Brown, 28, of Raeford, faces first-degree murder charges in the death of Royal Terrance Wyatt, who was shot at McRae's, a club at 2923 Doc Brown Road, around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
Wyatt, 33, was assaulted and then shot in the head with a 9mm handgun, authorities said
Investigators were still searching Thursday for Tevin McNeill, 22, of Fayetteville, and Kelly Stanback, 27, also of Raeford. Stanback is wanted on accessory after the fact charges.
Keith Monroe, of 201 Platt Road, also faces an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder charge. He was arrested Monday and placed in the Hoke County jail under a $500,000 secured bond.
Investigators said they also found a marijuana plant in the yard of Monroe's home and obtained a warrant to search it.
Also on Monday, investigators received a tip that McNeill was inside a home on Richmond Drive in Fayetteville. Fayetteville police officers went to that home, but McNeill wasn't there.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of McNeill or Stanback is asked to call the Hoke County Sheriff's Office at 910-875-5111.
