How did they determine it was a 1993 Nissan but don't know the color. The sad part is that someone knows who this is and won't step up and do the right thing.

The penalty really needs to be changed on this one. I am tired of hearing of hit and runs. Face the music people, think about the family and loved ones of the person you just killed. how would you feel? 3 yrs, my husband died like this, and to this day, no killer found.

Really need to up the penalty for people who do this type of crime.

So, the police 'released' what the witnesses 'described'!!!

They have the model and the year but no make or color? And if they don't know the make (Maxima, Altima etc.) or the color, how did they narrow down the year? More info please!!
