Fayetteville, N.C. — About 100 law enforcement officers across the state are taking part in a major operation to round up wanted fugitives in Cumberland County.
The three-day "Operation Swift Justice" is focused on arresting approximately 500 people wanted on major felony crimes.
Officers from local, state and federal agencies have been sworn in and are going door-to-door looking for offenders.

Sort of like grouse hunting. You have to flush them out first then shoot them on the fly.

I would almost agree and at one did 100% until the thought hit me -- you can't kill a mouse with a mouse trap unless you first cause them to come out of hiding........(same for any pest like roaches.....)
