jkhunter, why was he charged with only indecent exposure not stalking???? The charges he got will not hold him for long...if it was really stalking - he should have been charged with that offense. Sounds like the cops aren't taking it all that seriously. Also..."very aggressive exposure" is rather vague. Also does she know this guy - could it simply be a prank?

sounds like he has a crush on this girl.

This incident was a very aggressive exposure to a female AND he returned and did it to her again several weeks later. It was not him relieving himself in the bushes. The Chapel Hill police have been watching him and building a case, waiting for the right time to make an arrest. Hopefully there is enough evidence to bring other charges (stalking). I live in the neighborhood where this happened and we have been on pins and needles waiting for any arrest. There is an elementary school nearby and the police advised us that his behavior could escalate into more serious crimes. I wish bond was higher but hopefully he'll stay locked up and then convicted with a long sentence.

This was from March? Must have taken a while to "find" what they were looking for.

Adalberto better keep that thing under wraps...next time he might get beat down!
