Police said Wednesday that they have identified a second suspect in a fatal shooting last week outside a Fayetteville shopping center.

Jeremy Lockett, 25, of 1913 Ash Ridge Drive in Fayetteville, was sitting in a car with another man outside Quality Cigars in the Strickland Bridge Center Shopping Center on June 18 when two people climbed into the back seat of the car, police said.

Investigators said there was some kind of altercation, Lockett was killed and the two people left the scene.

Charles Calvin Bush, 30, of Lands End Drive in Fayetteville, surrendered to police Wednesday morning after investigators had issued arrest warrants charging him with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy.

Police are still searching for Xavier Christian Freeman, who faces the same charged in the case.

Freeman, 20, of Harriman Court in Cameron, is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 138 pounds. He has shoulder-length dreadlocks and has two tattoos – one that reads "God's Son" on his arm and another, "Only the Strong Survive," on his chest.

Investigators say Freeman, who frequents the Charlotte area, drives a white 1996 Buick Roadmaster with license plate AEY-2133, which was seen leaving the scene immediately after Lockett was shot.

Anyone with information about the shooting or where Freeman might be is asked to call the Fayetteville Police Department at 910- 549-7326 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.

Please find this nut. The Police are arresting but it is the judges and the DA that are allowing these nuts to continue to run the street. I am sure if you put in their names, there are other charges where they got a "plea deal"...I am sure the Plea deal does nothing to ease the one who is dead parents.

another hot weekend coming...

Smoking is bad for ones health.

I blame Bush
