WHY DON'T PEOPLE KEEP THEIR NEGATIVE COMMENTS TO THEMSELFS. THE FAMILY IS DEALING WITH ALOT RIGH NOW AND DON'T NEED PEOPLE TALKING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEIR SON, NEPHEW, UNCLE, OR COUSIN. REGARDLESS WHAT HE HAS DONE IN HIS PAST DON'T GIVETHE RIGHT FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE HIS LIFE. I SEND MY PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS GO OUT TO THE FAMILY. PEOPLE NEED TO STOP AND THINK THAT HE WAS SOMEONE'S CHILD.

Ok, so his attempted murder charge was dismissed. Public information gave me access to his actual convictions. Numerious Drug, Criminal Contempt, multiple Possession of Firearm by Felon, multiple assault on government official, Common Law Robbery, and under age alcohol violations. Just because a witness recants and a judge throws the case out don't mean innocence. Just as a conviction don't mean guilt.

My name is Barbara and I used to Date this young man. I am reading dome of the comments added by people and am disgusted. Noone should have the audacity to ever say anyone desrves death. He is a human being just like the rest of us. EVERYONE makes mistkakes in life especially when you are in the wrong kind of environment. I am heartbroken he is gone. If you really knew David he was so different than how the media described him as.I knew him as a sweet gentleman who was someones son he was a father a brother a uncle and he was my friend. Someone who enjoyed talking about his children. Him and I have talked about his life and his dealings and little do you guys know he was charged with an attempted murder charge at a young age( which was thrown out by a judge) and it effected his chances in gettin a job. He was muxed with the wrong croud and participated to provide for hisself and his children. Some people are quick to judge but don't know this man at all his good outweighed the bad.
