Bicycles have the full use of a lane, just like a car, except on highways where they cannot maintain minimum speeds. They are not obligated by law to yield to a car. Even though it is the law, I think it is needlessly risking one's life to ride like that, being in the right does no good if you're dead. They do NOT have to walk their bike across an intersection, but they must stop at all stop signs and follow all the rules of the road just like a car.

The fact remains: a child is seriously injured at an intersection that is dangerous for reasons that are clearly avoidable. My heart is with the boy and I hope he recovers well. May God be with him and comfort him at this time of need. By The way, enlightened one, where is the children's bike riding park near any home here? Not Mazerick, not Honeycutt.
