Durham, N.C. — Durham police were searching Tuesday for a 54-year-old man with a cognitive impairment.
Stephen Andre Washington was last seen at 2422 Otis St. in Durham. The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for him around 11:15 p.m.
Washington is black, with short, gray hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 185 pounds and was last seen wearing a gray and black T-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to cal police at 919-560-4434.
