Bragg soldier killed in Afghanistan

Fort Bragg, N.C. — A Fort Bragg-based soldier was killed Wednesday in Afghanistan, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Cpl. Nicholas H. Olivas, 20, of Fairfield, Ohio, was fatally wounded when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.

He was assigned to 4th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg.

Obama did not kill Osama. He happened to be the president at the time that the CIA found Osama. The DOD killed Osama. Don't you think it's funny that when he was running for president he called the very same SEAL team "Cheney's henchmen" and now he is herolding them as hero's! Obama did what anyone would do, he gave the word go. He in no way is responsible for the death of Osama Bin Laden. Sorry.

2 reports in one day of young soldiers losing their lives for a country that could care less. This guy can't even order a beer and he has already made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Send them home!

I can't take it anymore. GET OUT OF AFGHANISTAN! Stop killing them, and stop our troops from dying for NO victory. Obama has NO vision of winning, but since his taking office, more US troops have been killed in the 3 years than in Bush's 7 years, and more money spent in those 3 years than in Bush's 7 years, including the invasion. Obama killed Osama, so declare victory and get out.

I can't take these daily deaths of heroes for NO purpose. Obama is dealing with a corrupt government and Obama is going to hand over and share power with the same people we are fighting. Why? Get us out of there!
