The Department of Public Safety does not release the full names of juvenile detainees.

When I used to work with troubled kids, I had two of them "escape" while they were on their home visits. Both times the parents of the children knew exactly what they were going to do. They also had friends and familyhouse them for weeks in order to try and convince them to turn themselves in before law enforcement arrests them.

Who cares you can't diplay their name...they do a crime, they should be treated like a criminal.
