Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police have arrested two men and are searching for a third wanted in connection with robbing and beating two men last weekend.

Police said that four men assaulted a man in the 400 block of Warmspring Drive and robbed him at gunpoint around 1 p.m. When the victim's friends came to help him, the men beat and robbed him, too. They fled in a green Camaro.

Following up on a tip, police said, officers found the Camaro in the parking of the Dog Pound Tattoo parlor. Officers arrested two men, while a third managed to run away.

Brandon Victor Hayes, 21, of the 3100 block of Ron Street, is wanted on charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and resisting a public officer.

Hayes is described as black, 6 feet tall, weighing 165 pounds. He has the name "Brandon" tattooed on his forearm.

Oshay Delon Jackson, 18, of the 6200 block of Whitehall Drive, and Andrew Earnest Seidel, 22, of the 100 block of Lowery Road in Shannon, were charged with two counts each of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and one county of felony conspiracy.

They were both placed in the Cumberland County jail under separate $80,000 secured bonds.

Seidel had been released from jail in March after serving 13 months for felony break-in and weapons convictions, according to state Division of Adult Correction records. He has eight convictions dating to 2005, including conspiracy to commit armed robbery and assault on a school official.

Hayes was convicted of 10 burglary, break-in and larceny charges in 2010, records show. He served about eight months in jail.
